Issue with Automated Bounce Handling in Oempro

I have been using Oempro for my email marketing campaigns for a while now and it is been a great tool for managing large lists and campaigns. However I have recently run into an issue with the automated bounce handling feature.

I have set up bounce processing using an IMAP connection to my email account and while it was working smoothly for a few months I have noticed that in the last few weeks a number of hard and soft bounces are not being processed correctly. Instead of categorizing the emails properly and taking action ( for example - flagging or unsubscribing hard bounces) the system seems to be ignoring some of the bounces altogether, while others are inconsistently marked.

I have… double checked my IMAP settings and everything seems to be in order. I have not changed anything recently on the server side so I am unsure what might be causing this issue. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar problem or if there are any additional settings or logs I should be reviewing.

Could it be a server-related issue or should I be looking into the version of Oempro I am using? I am currently on version 4.8.1.
